House

The House building is where all the portfolio tracking happens. Users are able to see which assets have been performing the best and the worst and see the change in their net worth over time as well as all the tokens that they have. Further, users can check the leaderboard to see their progress with achievements and quests.

Market

The Market building is where property and land swaps take place. Investors can swap one asset for another, and these swaps actually occur within other Manor Land protocols. Investors can also fine-tune the details, for example, adjusting the slippage, choosing between different trading routes, or executing multiple swaps within the same interface. Currently, the Market building operates on top of Arazi, NFT, Step, Saber, and other exchanges, offering the fastest transactions with a 0.07% transaction fee.

Seed Laboratory

The MNO Laboratory is where investors can provide liquidity on a DEX and receive genuine MNO tokens in exchange, and vice versa. This building is utilized for creating MNOs, which are later used in the users' Estates. Providing liquidity is a fundamental feature widely utilized in Manor. Investors will have the option to choose from various platforms to create the MNOs they desire. The creation of seeds, much like providing liquidity, necessitates two distinct assets.

Land's

After acquiring some MNO tokens, investors can use them in their estates. This process is similar to staking your MNO tokens in a yield-generating farm. When MNO is planted, it will grow, allowing users to increase their MNO count with STAKE.

Land Board

All the available farms can be viewed on the Farm Board. Users can check metrics such as the APYs, total amount staked, and more.

Bank

MNO is where users can track their staking positions. In the future, we will also integrate lending and borrowing.

Voting Palace

In the metaverse, investors will be able to decide how different protocols will be developed. They can share their opinions on various topics and govern various protocols. There will be two different voting palaces: one for governance proposals related to Manor Land and another for all other different partner protocols with the option of governance. In the metaverse, we are actually working on top of decentralized autonomous organization (DAOs).

Robotic Land's

Investors will also be able to invest in the Robotic Land Mode, which automatically stakes and reinvests MNO tokens (Manorland tokens) to maximize returns. This will not only save investors time and effort but also increase their returns!
